Rosary Rally Captain Sign Up Form

To sign up as a 2009 Rosary Rally Captain, please follow the 6 easy steps below. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit the form.

STEP 2

Organizer's Manual: After you complete the signup form, you will automatically receive a Rosary Rally Captain Organizer's Manual in the mail that will contain all of the information you will need to hold a successful public rosary. Please check one below:

Banner: If you would like a free banner for your rally please check one below:

(Note: Organizer's Manuals and Banners will start shipping on July 15. Please allow two weeks for delivery.)

STEP 4

Location: Please enter the location (Example: City Hall) as well as the actual address of your rally (Example: 1302 NW Madison Ave.). Then enter the City and State of your Rally.

If you don't yet know the address or location of your rally, don't worry. Just fill in the City and State for now. STEP 5

Listing your rally on our website: Listing your rally on our website is a great way to help others who want to attend a Rosary Rally in your area know where to go. It will encourage better attendance at your rally as well. With your permission, limited information will be put on our website.

Please note: To take advantage of this powerful feature, please make sure the information above (in Step 4) is correct. We will need the physical address of your rally in order to put it on our site. If your rally is at an intersection and does not have a physical address, please give the address of the nearest business. You can give more description in the "rally location" field.

Providing your contact information will also be extremely helpful to people who want to attend your rally. If you would like your phone and email listed on the web as well, please fill them in below.
